First Course is an online learning tool for food startups. At the outset, you will be guided through everything you need to know and think about as you get ready to take your first big step to becoming a food entrepreneur.
What is a food entrepreneur? A food entrepreneur is somebody with aspirations of opening a food related business: a restaurant, a butcher shop, a retail store. If you have an idea of opening a food-industry business, you are a food entrepreneur.

Our learning tool consists of a series of learning modules, each focused on one specific element of your business. Each module will include:
